ᐅ SWITCH CONTROL

The switch panel is the heart of the control of the system. From this panel, all items are checked and controlled.

                                                                            

MOTOR PROTECTION: Any high amphere will stop the system

HIGH PRESSURE SAFETY: It wont let the pressure increase than dangerous point

LOW PRESSURE SAFETY: It stops the system if low pressure is detected on the supply line

TUBE BURST SAFETY: It stops the system if any burst on the distribution lines. Also called as “ANTI FLOOD SYSTEM”

NOZZLE BLOCKAGE SAFETY: If more than %40 of the nozzles blocked,it stops the system for changing the nozzles or cleaning operation.

ᐅ PLC CONTROL

PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER) is an industrial computer control system that continuously monitors the state of input devices

and makes decisions based upon a custom program to control the stateof output devices. Almost any production line, machine function,

or process can be greatly enhanced using this type of control system.

                                                                           

PLC is also connected to the display to get a good overview of the system. As the display is a touch-screen, you can also control the items

manually and change some setting.To start the system, it can be done manually on the display or on an auxiliary input. The panel itself is

made from steel with a polyester coating. This to prevent corrosion.
