The fogging system, also known as the fogging system, is a system that can cool the environment in a short time and can provide as much moisture as the plants need when used in the greenhouse. How Does the Fogging System Work?

The high-pressure fogging system, also known as a high-pressure fogging system, is the process of bringing water particles to micron fineness so that no water residue is left with the high pressure applied during operation. As a result, water thinning with high pressure is too small to be seen in plants. The fog nozzle, on the other hand, is the basic part of the fogging system. Nickel-plated nozzles, which can be found in different sizes from 0.10 mm to 0.70 mm, are designed to meet the needs.
High-Pressure Fogging System
The fogging system applied with high pressure separates the water into invisible particles and turns it into the fog. Pressurized water thinned with nozzles in high-pressure units can be injected into the desired environment. The thinness of the water is directly proportional to the type of nozzle used. In addition to the nozzles that make thin water that can hang in the air, there are also a variety of nozzles with a thickness that can sprinkle. The fog system, which can save on water and energy and reach the target with the maximum efficiency it gives in the area of use, is the process of passing the water down to a certain hardness level through the micro nozzles and this process is done by spraying with high pressure. Meanwhile, the water breaks down and microclimates into small particles. Nozzles made of durable metals are highly resistant to abrasions that may occur during high-pressure water spraying. In the fogging system with low pressure, water is sprayed with a pressure of 6-7 bar against a pressure of 70 to 150 bar at high pressure.
