Fogging system is also known as mist system. It is used for many applications such as Greenhouses, animal farms, print centers, textile, animations, café & restaurant & bar cooling, pre-cooling for air condition units. Fogging system is built from 5 main components. First is the filtration, according to the flow rate of the pump unit, we choose double capacity of the water used for pump unit for filtration. For example, for 10 liter/minute pump we will choose 20liter/minute filtration. The filtration must be minimum 5-micron sized filter cartridge max 50 microns. Because the smallest orifice of the fog nozzle is 100 microns. so, it is used to filter particles in water not to block mist Nozzle orifice. Second part is high pressure pump. The high-pressure pump is used to pressurize water to have flash evaporation with the help of fogging nozzles. The Pump must be a piston pump for longer life. Pump capacity is calculated from the number of nozzles and their capacities used in the system. It must be chosen well. otherwise if it is not the right pump your pump and motor will burn easily or you can never reach to high pressure because of over capacity of nozzles. The third stage is high pressure tubes, we can classify them into two, which are made of SS tubes and Nylon PA12 tubes, Pa 12 Tubes has 70 bar working pressure. And 90 bar burst pressure. These tubes are used for mainly for small systems for maximum 120 nozzles. The second tubes are SS Tubes which are made from SS304. These tubes have working pressure of max 120 bar and the burst pressure of 250 bar. These Stainless-steel tubes are for bigger applications like greenhouse mist systems. For these both type of tubing, they have different diameters. We use larger diameters for distribution and main lines and smaller diameters for lateral lines which we called fog or mist lines. The forth part of Fog System is high pressure connections. for main tubes and distribution lines, we use compression fitting systems. These fittings are special produced which is consist of double ferrule squeezing system. This system will have tested at 250 bar and have a working pressure of 70-120 bar. For lateral lines, which we called fog system lines or mist lines, we use our patented quick coupling system. The hardest point of regular fogging systems is installation, thanks to our quick coupling fitting system to decrease installation time more than ten times. And the last and important part of the High-pressure fogging system is Nozzles. Fogging nozzle is the important point of a High-pressure fogging system. Durability, spray angle, flow rate, anti-drip specs and precise manufacturing are the important points of high-pressure fog Nozzle. If Mist Nozzles are blocked, the all system can be damaged. If they do not have a precise flow rate you have problems to reach the right pressure. Also, fogging Nozzles are important because of their flow rate. All nozzles must have the anti-drip adaptor system. This feature is supported by the solenoid valve mounted on the pump unit. It will open when the High-pressure fogging system stops for 3 or 4 seconds. So, this flash discharge will decrease the tension inside the tubes 70 bar to 4-5 bar which helps to close the anti-drip adaptors inside the nozzle so there will be no leaking. These are the most important components of a fog system. everything should be selected carefully and have capability to work with each other efficiently. Also, there are other additional components on the system, such has hanging materials which supports system to work more precise and looking nice. Fog system is used with UV light to kill bacteria inside the water for health. With the help of UV light fogging system is used for precise growing techniques, laboratories. Another additional device for the fogging system is dosing pump. Dosing pump is used for adding essences perfumes or some chemical substances for disinfection.
